Description:
The Coordinator of the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) supports the academic operations of the College by collaborating with faculty, program leadership, and multiple university offices to ensure accurate curriculum delivery, efficient assessment processes, and smooth student progression. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.

Examination Administration
Technology & Learning Management System (LMS) Support
Curriculum & Records Management
Orientation & Student Engagement Support
Collaborative Responsibilities Across Departments
Provide academic risk data to student services on students who fall below competency benchmarks.
Work with student services in scheduling tutoring services.
Collaborate with faculty mentors overseeing PDU completion through EnfluxTM or similar platforms.
Coordinate with faculty advisors to support at-risk students.
Notify experiential office and coordinate students undergoing remediation or “hard stop” issues, ensuring timely rotation rescheduling and policy compliance.
