Dr. Machado has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. In the early nineties he participated in the design of several interface boards for IBM PCs. After moving to South Florida in 1993 he has worked as an Engineer, Administrator and College professor. His vision, “community service is more effective through education”, motivated him to go for his Doctoral degree in education that he earned in 2012. As Director of Technology for Larkin University, Dr. Machado has proficiently combined his different expertise in one place.
