Before joining Larkin University, she created and led a College and Career Readiness Program that empowered young women through hands-on community engagement, volunteerism, and career development turning ideas into measurable impact. She has also partnered with community organizations to use her singing and creative arts skills as a tool for healing, trauma recovery, and therapy, reinforcing her belief in education as both transformative and restorative.

At Larkin University, Rose serves as Director of Community Outreach and Assistant Professor for the Physician Assistant Program, forging bold partnerships with healthcare providers, civic leaders, faith leaders and organizations to drive meaningful change. She champions cultural exchange, global collaboration, and student engagement, ensuring students not only excel academically but also serve the communities they come from.
