Larkin University College of Pharmacy (LUCOP) invites applications for the position of Assistant Dean of Assessment and Accreditation. This leadership role is responsible for assessment and accreditation activities across all areas in the college, including programmatic accreditation, annual reporting, and strategic planning. The Assistant Dean collaborates with faculty, staff, and administrators to design and execute assessment strategies that measure learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role ensures the alignment of the College’s assessment activities with university institutional effectiveness and SACS-COC standards, programmatic accreditation standards, and the promotion of continuous quality improvement. The position reports to the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, serves on the College Executive Council, and holds a faculty appointment.
LUCOP’s accelerated Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and is a three-year curriculum. Larkin University is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) university and consists of the College of Pharmacy, College of Biomedical Sciences, School of Physician Assistant Studies, and School of Dental Medicine. The successful candidate must hold a doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, EdD, or equivalent).
