The academic fellow will participate in teaching, scholarship, college committees, and pharmacy practice opportunities. The fellow will complete a teaching certificate from a professional organization (to be reimbursed). At the end of the training program, the academic fellows will be well prepared for career growth and transition to academia.

2. Develop research/scholarship skills through active engagement in research.
