Heavenson Aristyld
Biography
Dr. Aristyld is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist with over a decade of clinical experience across ambulatory care, internal medicine, population health, and hospital-based practice.
He serves as faculty at Larkin University College of Pharmacy, where he contributes to the development and delivery of pharmacotherapy and clinical skills education. His teaching emphasizes clinical reasoning, evidence-based decision-making, and application of therapeutic principles through case-based learning.
Dr. Aristyld maintains an active clinical practice at Baptist Health Hospital, focusing on medication safety, therapy optimization, antimicrobial stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
His scholarly work centers on antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and health outcomes research, with a strong commitment to mentoring student and resident research and advancing pharmacy education through experiential and simulation-based learning.
