Dr. Murzello is Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean of Experiential Education at Larkin College of Pharmacy.  She earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Murzello subsequently completed a PGY-1 community practice residency through SimfaRose Specialty Pharmacy and Nova Southeastern University and a teaching certificate at Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Murzello’s additional academic contribution includes preceptor experience with Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy. She is a certified pharmacy regulatory specialist and is interested in providing strong foundations of both didactic and personal development for students. Her research interests include interprofessional education, assessment, and experiential education. She remains active in several professional organizations such as the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP), Florida Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FSHP), and Florida Pharmacist Association (FPA).

Teaching Interests
Dr. Murzello is passionate about providing students practical experience and professional development skills. She enjoys teaching a variety of subjects including: ethics and law, women’s health, and HIV. With her role in experiential education and in the classroom, she hopes to shape well rounded future pharmacists.
